From Fargo to Cleveland: Why the 2025 Talent Attraction Summit Should Be on Your Calendar

Hosting the RoleCall Talent Attraction Summit last year in my community was a true highlight of the summer. For five days, I experienced RoleCall’s value of Joy as the talent attraction community came to Fargo. 

Starting our mornings at The Jasper, exploring downtown Fargo in the afternoons, and introducing friends and clients from across the country to my favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and stores made it an unforgettable experience. Even better, my colleagues got to see firsthand the place that’s a big part of who I am.
